In the heart of Yangshila, Morang, the day I went to Shikti Forest and met the Burikhola River, I was deeply moved. Smell, sound of the forest were slowly unfolding. I watched the castle and people, plants, trees, and insects, their dependency and spiritual connection to the forest and river. 

The city I live in has lost its connection to nature. But here it is a daily revelation of embodiment and connection of nature and animal.
